Adamjee Life Assurance Company Limited has launched Adamjee Life Digital, a new mobile application that lets customers across Pakistan manage insurance directly from their smartphones. Available on the App Store and Google Play, the app streamlines policy access, payments and claims processing while reducing the need for branch visits and manual paperwork.
Existing policyholders can use Adamjee Life Digital to view policy information, receive 24/7 updates, track fund performance, make online payments, book appointments and submit claims digitally. Important documents are stored securely within the app so customers can access policy papers and transaction records on demand.
Eligible Gold and Platinum customers gain access to Orbis Rewards through Adamjee Life Digital, unlocking discounts and benefits across partner networks in health, lifestyle and education. The app also supports prospective customers by offering guided discovery of Takaful and conventional insurance plans, side-by-side comparisons, financial and policy calculators, and a full onboarding flow to complete membership purchases.
Athar Chaudhry, Director Information Solutions & Technologies at Adamjee Life, underlined the platform’s security and customer control, noting the company’s ISO 27001:2022 certification. He said the certification reinforces that interactions on Adamjee Life Digital are protected to international information security standards, giving users confidence in their personal and financial data.
