They also highlighted PILL\u2019s wider contributions to cancer awareness and prevention being carried out under the Defeat Cancer Initiative, stressing the importance of community-level psychosocial support alongside clinical treatment.<\/p>\n<p>The interaction between the Lahore delegation and PILL at the Peshawar event underscored growing collaboration across provinces to strengthen cancer care pathways.
