They are also calling for the immediate release of the Sports Allowance, which had been agreed upon by the board\u2019s own decision-making bodies.<\/p>\n<p>Symbolic protests began with employees wearing black armbands to highlight their dissatisfaction. The campaign has since broadened, with workers holding daily demonstrations, joint meetings with the National Labour Federation, and engaging other labor organizations. Union leaders warn that, if management continues to postpone action, the movement will escalate to a full sit-in and lockout.
