The exhibition was organized by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony and opened by Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousaf. The conference focused on state responsibilities in educating and training citizens for the positive use of social media in light of the Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad, providing context for the materials on display.<\/p>\n
A delegation from the IRI, led by Dr. Sohail Khan, In-charge of the IRI Publications Section, presented the institute\u2019s recent and flagship works. Team members included Hameed Nasir, Dr. Muhammad Amjad Kallu, and Moheb Khan. The IRI\u2019s stall featured monographs, edited volumes, and academic journals centered on S\u012brah studies and related themes.<\/p>\n
During his visit to the stall, the federal minister was briefed on the IRI\u2019s publications and research priorities. Dr. Khan explained that the institute aims to make classical S\u012brah scholarship relevant to modern challenges, particularly in the fields of education and digital ethics. The minister praised the institute\u2019s role in promoting authentic Islamic teachings and underscored the need for research that informs responsible social media use in accordance with the Seerah.<\/p>\n
IRI\u2019s participation illustrated IIUI\u2019s broader mission to address contemporary societal challenges through scholarly research.
