Saudi Tourism Authority deepened its commitment to the Pakistani market with a four-day business-to-business roadshow in Karachi and Islamabad that promoted new MICE opportunities and a range of leisure experiences. The event brought together Saudi hotels, destination managers, airlines and transport providers with Pakistani travel and corporate partners to create fresh collaboration and travel packaging opportunities.<\/p>\n
The roadshow featured one-on-one business meetings, B2B matchmaking and MICE-focused networking sessions designed to open routes for partnerships and showcase Saudi Arabia\u2019s expanding tourism offer. Organizers said the program aimed to connect Saudi stakeholders with Pakistan\u2019s key trade and travel partners and to accelerate cooperation across both leisure and business travel sectors.<\/p>\n
Saudi Arabia is positioning itself as an emerging MICE hub, backed by world-class convention centers, modern venues and an ecosystem designed to host international meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions. The roadshow highlighted these capabilities alongside the kingdom\u2019s cultural and natural attractions.<\/p>\n
Delegates showcased a broad range of Saudi experiences, from the cultural and heritage attractions of AlUla to Riyadh\u2019s energy and Jeddah\u2019s dynamic urban scene, as well as the natural beauty of Abha, Taif and Al Bahah. Major entertainment and lifestyle events, including MDL Beast and Riyadh Season, were also promoted as ways to combine business travel with unique cultural experiences.<\/p>\n
To encourage immediate bookings, the campaign launched special promotions including attractive summer deals, early-bird discounts for AlUla winter tours and tailored packages for group and leisure travel. These offers were presented as part of efforts to convert interest from Pakistani buyers into travel and event business.<\/p>\n
The Saudi delegation included a wide cross-section of industry players such as Tayyiba Investments, Saudi Silk Route, Via Connect, 88 Destinations, Carbon Tours, King Abdullah Economic City represented through Via Connect, Qiddiya, Aroya Cruise represented by JAS Travels, Saudia, Flyadeal, and representatives of the Haramain high-speed rail and rapidly expanding metro services that are improving intercity connectivity.<\/p>\n
