Participants discussed gaps in implementation and considered options to streamline efforts and improve effectiveness across schools under federal jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Siddiqui stressed the importance of completing planned reforms without delay and instructed the FDE to speed up implementation to deliver measurable improvements in teaching, learning and school facilities.
