The Punjab Information Technology Board\u2019s Citizen Contact Center (PITB-CCC) has signed an agreement with the Counter Narcotics Force (CNF) under which PITB-CCC will operate and manage CNF\u2019s helpline services, aiming to expand citizen access and deliver seamless, technology-driven public support. A dedicated training session for CNF helpline agents was held at the CNF head office to prepare staff for the new service model.<\/p>\n
Under the agreement, PITB-CCC will take responsibility for day-to-day operation and management of the CNF helpline, using digital tools and established contact-center practices to improve responsiveness and accessibility for the public. The partnership is framed as a move to empower citizens and streamline service delivery through technology-enabled solutions.<\/p>\n
The training session at CNF headquarters was led by Deputy Director General Lieutenant Colonel Sarfraz Khan. Participants included CNF helpline agents and a PITB-CCC delegation comprising Qurrat-Ul-Ain, Manager QA & ST; Muhammad Yasin, Principal Software Engineer; Mubeen Aslam, Senior Programme Officer; Usman Sultan, Senior Programme Officer; and Saif Khan, Business Development Officer.<\/p>\n
Training focused on strengthening agents\u2019 communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring timely and effective responses to citizen inquiries, and promoting professionalism and service excellence. Emphasis was placed on handling queries with empathy and accuracy, building agent confidence in managing a range of citizen concerns.<\/p>\n
