Emphasis was placed on clear communication with families, addressing concerns and supporting consent processes so that the HPV vaccine can reach more eligible girls in campaign areas.<\/p>\n<p>District health officials outlined how schools can support logistics and community engagement during the first-phase campaign, while UNICEF offered technical guidance on messaging and outreach.
