The session was moderated by Mansoor Ali of GIZ, who guided conversations toward practical next steps for implementing pilot funding mechanisms.<\/p>\n Participants highlighted concrete avenues for TVET funding, including blended finance, targeted credit products for micro and small enterprises, and public-private partnership structures that reduce risk for lenders while supporting entrepreneurs.
