The One Day Clinical Medical Excellence mock examination for FCPS-II Medicine was held at King Edward Medical University and Mayo Hospital under the Department of West Medical Ward to immerse trainees in a realistic assessment environment and raise clinical standards.<\/p>\n
The exercise tested theoretical knowledge, clinical reasoning, communication and procedural skills through a combination of OSCE stations, MCQs and case-based scenarios. The formats focused on diagnosis, treatment planning, patient safety and evidence-based practice to mirror the expectations of actual FCPS-II Medicine assessments.<\/p>\n
The event gave participants a valuable chance to evaluate their preparation, recognise areas for improvement and practise decision-making under exam conditions. The ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Mahmood Ayyaz<\/strong>, Vice Chancellor of King Edward Medical University, who served as Patron-in-Chief, along with Prof. Dr. Asghar Naqi<\/strong>, Registrar KEMU, and Dr. Abdul Muzabbar Rehan<\/strong>, COO of Mayo Hospital.
