Ume Laila Azhar<\/strong> said “Private sector data holds the evidence we need to make women\u2019s impact visible in Pakistan\u2019s progress story” and urged adoption of a unified data approach to ensure inclusion, accuracy and accountability in national reporting. The Chairperson stressed that reliable gender data must be usable by policymakers, regulators and companies alike.<\/p>\n NCSW is pursuing consolidation of WEF indicators through a comprehensive methodology that highlights Pakistani best practices while creating synchronicity across government, regulatory agencies and the private sector. Strengthening gender data was presented as essential to harmonise reporting frameworks and to reduce duplication across different data collection regimes.<\/p>\n Participants noted that consistent, high-quality gender data will improve national reporting, inform corporate strategies and support targeted policies for women\u2019s economic empowerment and climate resilience.
