UNODC Pakistan, with the support of the Government of Canada, delivered a five-day specialized training on the Counter Terrorism Toolkit at the National Police Academy from 6\u201310 October 2025 for under-training Assistant Superintendents of Police. The programme aimed to equip future police leaders with practical skills and procedures relevant to contemporary operational challenges in Pakistan.<\/p>\n
The course enhanced participants\u2019 understanding of Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) and practical aspects of P\/CVE laws and practices, placing Counter Terrorism at the centre of investigative and preventive work. Trainees engaged with legal frameworks and case-based exercises designed to strengthen evidence collection and inter-agency coordination within the country\u2019s law enforcement architecture.<\/p>\n
Practical sessions introduced advanced criminal analysis tools to support data-driven investigations, including i2 Analyst\u2019s Notebook<\/strong> and the Crime Wall by Social Links<\/strong>.
