The initiative falls under the aegis of the <strong data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1061\">Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training (MoFE&amp;PT)<\/strong> and aims to modernize Pakistan\u2019s National Curriculum Framework (2017) in line with emerging global standards and national educational priorities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1538\">The workshop brings together representatives from key educational bodies including <strong data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1302\">PERA<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1346\">Federal Directorate of Education (FDE)<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1381\">Naval Educational Directorate<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1403\">Fauji Foundation<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1449\">Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF)<\/strong> to review and propose reforms ensuring curriculum coherence, quality, and inclusivity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1763\"><strong data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1560\">Dr. Tabassum Naz<\/strong>, Director of NCC, formally inaugurated the ceremony and welcomed all participants, emphasizing that \u201ccurriculum reform is a shared national responsibility that thrives on cooperation and inclusivity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"2063\">Speaking on the occasion, <strong data-start=\"1791\" data-end=\"1816\">Dr. Ghulam Ali Mallah<\/strong>, Executive Director IBCC, underscored the importance of aligning <strong data-start=\"1882\" data-end=\"1922\">curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment<\/strong>, stating that \u201ccurriculum is a living document, and our goal is to ensure that examinations promote real learning, not rote memorization.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2065\" data-end=\"2499\">The <strong data-start=\"2069\" data-end=\"2084\">Chief Guest<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2134\">Federal Secretary MoFE&amp;PT, Mr. Nadeem Mehbub<\/strong>, lauded the NCC\u2019s leadership for initiating a platform that fosters collaboration among provincial and federal education stakeholders. He said, \u201cI congratulate the entire team of NCC and its partner organisations for initiating this meaningful dialogue. Curriculum reform is a continuous process that must respond to the evolving learning needs of our students.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2501\" data-end=\"2858\">The consultative workshop focuses on six critical domains: <strong data-start=\"2560\" data-end=\"2584\">curriculum framework<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2586\" data-end=\"2607\">scheme of studies<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2609\" data-end=\"2631\">learning standards<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2633\" data-end=\"2659\">languages in education<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2661\" data-end=\"2684\">teacher development<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"2690\" data-end=\"2712\">assessment reforms<\/strong>.
