Panelists examined practical steps to support early-career researchers and to expand opportunities for female engineers, reflecting the congress focus on Young Professionals, Students and Women in Engineering.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking at IEEE Faisalabad, Prof. Dr. Khan highlighted the need for closer collaboration between universities and professional bodies to translate research into real-world solutions and to build pipelines for skilled talent.
