He is leading a high-level Pakistani delegation focused on policy coordination, capacity building and joint responses to regional health challenges.<\/p>\n<p>The WHO regional committee brings together member states to discuss public health policies, reforms and collaborative measures. Pakistan will present its ongoing efforts and explore opportunities to expand international cooperation, particularly in areas that strengthen health systems and cross-border coordination.<\/p>\n<p>During the visit, the minister is scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting with the Saudi Minister of Health to discuss two-way cooperation, current and planned health initiatives, and the need for coordinated regional action. The discussions are expected to address programmatic collaboration, technical support and mechanisms to improve emergency preparedness across the region.<\/p>\n<p>Participation in the WHO regional committee underscores Pakistan&#8217;s commitment to working with international partners to advance public health goals.
