In Islamabad on October 18, 2025, the GO AI Hub Pakistan was inaugurated as a joint initiative between the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoIT&T) and KSA\u2019s GO Telecom (Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company).<\/p>\n
The event brought together senior government and industry figures, including Federal Minister for IT & Telecommunication Shaza Fatima Khawaja<\/strong>, CEO GO Telecom Yahya bin Saleh Al-Mansour<\/strong>, senior officials from the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) and representatives from Pakistan\u2019s technology ecosystem.<\/p>\n The inauguration follows high-level engagements under the SIFC framework and the prime minister\u2019s recent visit to Riyadh. Several memoranda of understanding were signed to advance data centre and AI infrastructure development, establish a GO Talent Hub and operationalize GO AI Hub Pakistan, creating a clear pipeline for investment and collaboration.<\/p>\n CEO GO Telecom Yahya bin Saleh Al-Mansour<\/strong> reaffirmed his company\u2019s long-term commitment to Pakistan\u2019s digital growth and to the practical delivery of the planned initiatives.
