Other notable participants included <strong>Chaudhry Ansar Mahmood Dhoul Advocate<\/strong> (Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami District Gujrat), <strong>Raja Sajid Sharif<\/strong> (President Al-Khidmat Foundation District Gujrat), <strong>Chaudhry Ghulam Abbas Warraich Advocate<\/strong> (Deputy Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami District Gujrat), <strong>Raja Naeem Khawar<\/strong>, <strong>Haji Muhammad Aslam Javed<\/strong> (President Pakistan Business Forum Gujrat), <strong>Dr Ishaq<\/strong> and <strong>Chaudhry Safdar Warraich<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Tariq Saleem highlighted the dedication of Al-Khidmat and Jamaat-e-Islami volunteers who responded from the first day of the floods, providing rescue operations, medical care, ready-to-eat meals, medicines and dry rations without discrimination. He noted that the current winter relief distribution builds on that sustained effort by supplying warm bedding and other essentials before temperatures fall further.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking candidly about recovery challenges in Gujrat, Dr Tariq Saleem held the Punjab government and long-standing local ruling families responsible for inadequate flood management and deteriorating infrastructure.
