The session concentrated on ongoing vaccination campaigns and the provincewide progress of EPI Punjab.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Samra Khurram<\/strong>, Director EPI Punjab, briefed the Secretary on current campaign activities and the overall status of immunization efforts, outlining operational challenges and areas that require intensified outreach to reach all eligible children.<\/p>\n<p>The Secretary underlined the urgency of achieving immunization targets and ensuring timely vaccination of every eligible child. She instructed concerned officers to step up field monitoring, tighten supervision and follow-up, and maintain clear reporting lines to track progress across districts.<\/p>\n<p>Emphasis was placed on improving cold chain management to protect vaccine potency and on strengthening coordination at the district level so that campaign plans translate into on\u2011ground coverage gains.
