Vestridge police arrested a two-member gang involved in robberies and snatching incidents, recovering a snatched motorcycle, two mobile phones, Rs3,500 and a weapon. Chaklala police used technical and human intelligence to arrest a wanted suspect linked to a fatal shooting in June 2022. Authorities said the suspect’s accomplice had been arrested earlier and the case will be forwarded to court with conclusive evidence. In Kahuta, officers arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a six-year-old; a formal case was registered and the child underwent medical procedures as part of the investigation.<\/p>\n
Separate operations across the city led to the detention of five individuals and recovery of liquor, firearms and ammunition in areas including City, Saddar, Chaklala, Sadar Wah and Jatli. Police officials stressed that sustaining merit, rule of law and efficient service delivery remains essential and thanked community groups for supporting crime suppression efforts.<\/p>\n
