The PM Youth Programme-Qalandars Provincial Cricket League began in Quetta on October 27, bringing a concentrated effort to identify young cricketers across Balochistan. The Provincial Cricket event is part of the wider PM Youth Programme, which seeks to create a structured pathway for young athletes. Following the Balochistan leg, the league will extend to Sindh, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Federal Capital, widening the net for talent discovery.
