He highlighted the role of smart grids and targeted demand measures in improving system efficiency and reducing losses across rural and urban supply chains.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Usama Perwez<\/strong> from NUST presented practical perspectives on green architecture and policy implementation for a sustainable built environment, stressing the importance of energy-efficient design as cities expand and housing demand rises in Pakistan&#8217;s urban centres.<\/p>\n<p>The session focused on equipping emerging leaders with knowledge to drive a just energy transition through informed policy actions and innovative technical solutions.
