The session was chaired by <strong>Dr. Asghar Khan, Director EPI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa<\/strong>, and included representatives from the Provincial EPI Office and partner organisations to review district-level plans and readiness.<\/p>\n<p>Participants examined microplanning progress and the status of staff training while emphasising timely completion of preparatory activities. Discussions highlighted the need for accurate data and clear timelines so that every district can meet campaign milestones and that the MR campaign is implemented efficiently across urban and rural areas of the province.<\/p>\n<p>Vaccine and logistics management, including cold chain preparedness, received close attention during the meeting. Coordination between district teams and partners was stressed to ensure uninterrupted supply lines and proper storage so vaccines reach the intended communities in optimal condition during the MR campaign.<\/p>\n<p>Communication strategies and social mobilization efforts were also reviewed to maximise community awareness and participation. Districts outlined monitoring and supervision plans to track campaign performance, identify gaps quickly, and apply corrective measures in real time to maintain high quality standards throughout the MR campaign.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Asghar Khan urged continued coordination among stakeholders and prompt resolution of district-level gaps, stressing that adherence to timelines and data accuracy are essential for a successful immunization drive.
