The film highlights marine pollution and the power of community action and will be screened in Islamabad on 7\u20138 November 2025 at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts.<\/p>\n<p>The feature film <em>Snu<\/em> (directed by Patr\u00edcia Sequeira, 2019) recounts the true story of Snu Abecassis and Francisco S\u00e1 Carneiro, a couple who risked everything for love and political ideals in post-revolutionary Portugal. This historical drama and romance will be presented in Karachi on 16 November 2025 at the Karachi Film School.<\/p>\n<p>The European Film Festival 2025, organised by the EU Delegation in Pakistan, runs across Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore from 7 to 23 November 2025. Screenings will take place at PNCA Islamabad, the Karachi Film School and the Alhamra Arts Council in Lahore, with a programme that includes award-winning feature films, documentaries and short features.
