The Department of Business Administration at SZABIST Islamabad organized a SmartPLS Workshop on November 6, 2025, led by Dr Shafique, Faculty Member and Program Manager MBA MHRM. The session brought together MS and PhD students to focus on the practical use of SmartPLS for applied research in business and management.<\/p>\n
Dr Shafique provided an insightful, hands-on learning experience that guided participants through the software’s features and practical applications. Students were introduced to model setup, evaluation of measurement constructs, and interpretation of results to strengthen empirical findings, with explanations tailored to the needs of Pakistani researchers.<\/p>\n
The workshop enhanced students’ understanding of data analysis and research methodologies, equipping MS and PhD candidates with valuable skills for their academic and professional pursuits.
