Experts reviewed protocols for selecting and managing mother material and discussed measures to improve clone fidelity and plant health at the nursery level.<\/p>\n<p>Practical recommendations addressed propagation environments, rooting and grafting practices, and year-round care inside nursery control sheds and lath houses. Emphasis was placed on controlled shading, irrigation management and hygiene measures that support consistent growth and reduce variability across batches of plants produced in an olive nursery.<\/p>\n<p>Discussions also focused on aligning local nursery operations with international self-standing certification standards to raise sustainability and quality benchmarks.
