Sessions highlighted the need for coordinated approaches that link law enforcement, financial oversight and community resilience to disrupt criminal networks while safeguarding rights.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors\u2019 voices and youth perspectives were central to discussions, underscoring that sustainable responses to organized crime require inclusive policy design and meaningful participation from those most impacted. Delegates examined practical steps to amplify these perspectives within national strategies and to build capacity for local organisations engaged in prevention and recovery.<\/p>\n<p>The conference concluded with a Pakistan Civil Society Declaration, a collective commitment that marks a milestone in the country\u2019s journey toward resilience, justice and unity.
