Many candidates say they have paid on time but cannot proceed to confirm their registration or schedule examinations, adding financial and emotional strain.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Rafey Sher, the elected representative of foreign medical graduates, has publicly criticized the prolonged disruptions and the apparent lack of timely response from the PMDC IT wing.
