The visitors called on the Punjab HEC to discuss measures to strengthen governance and explore avenues for cooperation in higher education.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting focused on practical steps to enhance institutional oversight, improve evaluation mechanisms and support capacity building across universities in Punjab. Delegation members and Punjab HEC officials examined how coordinated monitoring and feedback can raise standards and ensure accountability while respecting the autonomy of institutions.<\/p>\n<p>Participants explored opportunities for joint initiatives, data sharing and targeted support that could benefit public and private higher education providers in the province. Discussions emphasized aligning oversight and quality assurance efforts to provincial priorities and improving outcomes for students and faculty.<\/p>\n<p>The visit underlined Punjab HEC&#8217;s commitment to constructive engagement with government bodies and sector experts to advance education governance.
