In this role he will manage administrative affairs, membership development, event coordination and strategic liaison for the Islamabad Chapter as the council seeks to deepen Pakistan Africa ties.<\/p>\n<p>Murtaza Noor brings more than 25 years of experience in higher education, development and international cooperation. He serves as National Coordinator of IUCPSS, Executive Director of APSUP and Senior Vice President of the Academia-Industry Linkages Forum. He is also the founder of the International Students Convention &amp; Expo, Pakistan\u2019s largest student-focused platform, which underlines his commitment to youth engagement and academic networking.<\/p>\n<p>His portfolio includes prominent roles in global academic diplomacy, having acted as Advisor Linkages &amp; Media at OIC-COMSTECH and as Country Coordinator for the Global Higher Education Leadership Academy. Collaboration with HEC, LUMS, UNDP and other institutions has seen him contribute to governance improvements, capacity building and inter-university cooperation across Pakistan. A regular columnist and youth advocate, he has received awards such as the Peace Award and Civic Education Award along with various national and international honours.<\/p>\n<p>The PAEC leadership expressed confidence that Murtaza Noor\u2019s dynamic leadership will bolster the council\u2019s outreach in Islamabad and strengthen institutional and economic linkages with African partners.
