Rawalpindi Division police carried out coordinated raids across the division targeting gangs involved in motorcycle theft, dacoity and other thefts. The operations led to the arrest of 10 suspects linked to five gangs and the recovery of 16 stolen motorcycles.<\/p>\n
Police also recovered Rs46,000 believed to be proceeds from the sale of snatched mobile phones, along with a gas meter, a battery and firearms. The seizures highlight the scale of criminal activity and the focused response by law enforcement to curb motorcycle theft in the area.<\/p>\n
Ratta Amral police detained 6 members from three gangs and recovered 7 stolen motorcycles, the cash of Rs46,000, a gas meter and weapons. Pirwadhai police arrested a two-member gang and recovered 5 motorcycles, while Ganj Mandi police apprehended a two-person gang and recovered 4 motorcycles and one battery.<\/p>\n
SP Rawal<\/strong> said the detained suspects will be presented to court with solid evidence and emphasized that those who attack citizens’ life and property will not evade the law.
