Deliberations focused on how an integrated platform can harmonize disparate data sources, enable real-time monitoring and support coordinated responses at provincial and federal levels.<\/p>\n<p>Speakers highlighted persistent gaps in oversight, monitoring, accountability and reporting that prevent effective rights-based responses. Stakeholders agreed that a rights-centered data approach is necessary to make children visible in planning, monitoring and decision-making and to strengthen policy and accountability across departments.<\/p>\n<p>The consultation marked a strategic step towards a harmonized, integrated and rights-based data ecosystem.
