The events brought together government officials, civil society actors and private sector representatives for focused dialogue on aligning business operations with human rights obligations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deputy Director MoHR Ms. Khaola Batool<\/strong> briefed participants on the National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights (<strong>NAP-BHR<\/strong>), Pakistan\u2019s international reporting obligations and ongoing initiatives that promote responsible business practices, women\u2019s economic empowerment and inclusive workplace policies. Her presentation highlighted practical steps for businesses and regulators to meet reporting standards while advancing workplace inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>Participants discussed CECAR reporting requirements, shared challenges from different provincial contexts and developed practical recommendations to strengthen human rights compliance in company operations.
