The visitors were received by IBCC Executive Director <strong>Dr. Ghulam Ali Mallah<\/strong> and IBCC Director General <strong>Mr. Muhammad Usman Khan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting the SCSA delegation expressed appreciation for IBCC\u2019s efforts to transform assessment practices through conceptual examinations and the effective use of modern technology. The delegation highlighted how these steps support more meaningful student assessment and align with international trends in educational testing.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Ghulam Ali Mallah reiterated IBCC\u2019s commitment to expanding international partnerships and said the commission welcomes foreign qualification awarding bodies and international examination boards to join in training, capacity building and youth personality development initiatives.
