The Ministry of Human Rights held a certificate distribution ceremony at the Pilot Comprehensive Community Development Centre (CCDC) in Sohan following the completion of three-month skills training courses in Beautician Skills and First Medical Aid. During the ceremony certificates were presented to participants who completed the three-month curriculum, marking a tangible step toward economic participation and self-reliance.
