Hashmi emphasised that state institutions must abandon old colonial and demeaning attitudes and instead prioritise service to the public. He called for full merit-based recruitment across state and semi-state bodies, saying merit remains a core policy for the Complete Pakistan Party and essential to public trust in governance.<\/p>\n
On language and accessibility, he advocated for substantive implementation of Urdu at official and institutional levels so ordinary citizens can understand the state system and take an effective role. He argued that passing laws alone does not build a nation; implementation, education, ethical upbringing and civic responsibility at home are equally important for a resilient state.<\/p>\n
Describing the party’s outlook, Hashmi said the Complete Pakistan Party believes in non-traditional politics and that its slogan faith, unity, organization and justice<\/strong> reflects its philosophy. He criticised contemporary politics as dominated by blame and rhetoric, urging practical reforms to restore public confidence.<\/p>\n Hashmi announced that women and youth will receive meaningful representation within the Complete Pakistan Party, noting that the party’s pink colour symbolises women\u2019s inclusion and respect. He stressed that young people should play central roles in leadership, decision-making and national reconstruction, and that providing jobs and opportunities is key to Pakistan\u2019s progress.<\/p>\n Returning to governance concerns, Hashmi insisted that law compliance is a civic duty and that improvement in the conduct of government officials is unavoidable.
