The opening ceremony was addressed by the Chief Guest, the Honorable Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa H.E. Faisal Karim Kundi, whose presence marked provincial engagement with national efforts to improve legislative scrutiny and security oversight.<\/p>\n
The session featured remarks by the Keynote Speaker, National Coordinator of NACTA H.E. Jawad Dogger, alongside the Security and Justice Counsellor at the British High Commission H.E. Alasdair Grant, focusing on coordinated approaches to counter terrorism and the disruption of terrorist financing channels.<\/p>\n
