The OIC Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation and Huawei Technologies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding and inaugurated the joint COMSTECH-Huawei ICT Academy at the OIC-COMSTECH Secretariat in Islamabad, a move aimed at strengthening digital capacity across 57 OIC member and five observer states.<\/p>\n
The newly opened ICT Academy features advanced digital learning infrastructure to support virtual instruction, hands-on ICT training and real-time collaboration, enabling students and professionals across the OIC region to access blended learning and Huawei’s global training ecosystem.<\/p>\n
