He reminded officials that regular voting is essential to ensure democratic representation and to uphold the organisation&#8217;s constitution.<\/p>\n<p>According to Mir, the absence of elected representatives has allowed a growing distance to form between administration and staff. He argued that properly conducted non teaching elections would produce a legitimate leadership able to act as a bridge between employees and management, clarify misunderstandings and rebuild mutual confidence.<\/p>\n<p>Mir appealed directly to higher authorities to schedule the polls without further delay and vowed that any sincere leadership emerging from those elections will work to eliminate injustices and protect staff rights across all forums.
