He said that by adopting knowledge, character, hard work and discipline, the youth could take Pakistan to new stages of development.<\/p>\n<p>He added that educational institutions had the responsibility to provide quality education to students, along with awareness of patriotism, national duty and positive character.<\/p>\n<p>On the occasion of Independence Day celebrations, Prof Dr Iqbal Mahmood hoisted the national flag at the Board Complex and later cut a cake to mark the day.
