Islamabad, October 6, 2026: Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb has strongly condemned the firing incident at Qureshi Mor, Bypass Road, D.I. Khan, in which two members of the Federal Board of Revenue Enforcement Squad were martyred.<\/p>\n
According to a press release issued by the Ministry of Finance and Revenue, the minister paid tribute to Arm Guard Rahmatullah and Sepoy Sulaiman, who embraced martyrdom while performing their duties.<\/p>\n
Senator Aurangzeb expressed deep sorrow over the incident and conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families. He also prayed for eternal peace for the departed souls.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe tragic incident is a matter of deep grief for the entire FBR fraternity. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the martyred officials,\u201d the minister said.<\/p>\n
The finance minister directed that all relevant aspects of the incident be followed up in coordination with the authorities concerned. He expressed the hope that those responsible would be identified and brought to justice.<\/p>\n
