The FIR cites the scheme\u2019s continuous failure to comply with essential legal and procedural requirements, despite receiving multiple notices from the authority.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"1211\">According to official RDA sources, the management of Bostan Avenue Housing Scheme neglected to submit mandatory documents including the transfer deed, mortgage deed, and registration certificates. Moreover, the housing scheme deviated from its approved layout plan \u2014 a serious breach that could jeopardize both public safety and investors\u2019 rights.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1532\">In response to these violations, the RDA determined that firm legal enforcement was necessary to safeguard public interest and ensure accountability within the real estate sector.
