Chairperson of TNP and Senator Razina Alam Khan emphasized the importance of collective responsibility towards promoting education and realizing the vision established by the late founder-chairman of NPC, Zahid Malik.<\/p>\n
Senator Razina Alam Khan, while presiding over a meeting of the Taleem Network Pakistan’s Board of Directors, highlighted education as an essential constitutional right of every child. She expressed deep pride in being entrusted with the responsibility to carry forward the legacy and dreams of the former chairman, Zahid Malik. Senator Khan urged for collaborative efforts, stating that each individual must light their own lamp to bring brightness into society through education.<\/p>\n
The high-level meeting was attended by senior officials and education experts including Senior Executive Member Salahuddin Chaudhry; Nargis Nasir, Founder and Central President of Private Schools Network Islamabad; Dr. Muhammad Afzal Babar, Secretary General of Taleem Network Pakistan; educationist Dr. Muhammad Saleem; NPC Director Administration Malik Hamid Sultan; Director Media and Program Hamid Qaiser; and Director Marketing Imtiaz Ali Qureshi.<\/p>\n
During the meeting, Dr. Muhammad Saleem presented carefully designed educational charts highlighting the founders of Pakistan, Islamic ideology, the Two-Nation Theory, the Objectives Resolution, and the history of the Pakistan independence movement. The board unanimously approved these informative materials to be displayed prominently in all public and private educational institutions following final approval.<\/p>\n
Additionally, Dr. Muhammad Afzal Babar detailed the progress made regarding the establishment of two informal schools, a project which received unanimous approval from the board members. Director Administration Malik Hamid Sultan informed the chairperson that the NPC has already provided for the TNP’s operational budget for the fiscal year 2024-25.<\/p>\n
