Pakistan and Azerbaijan have initiated collaboration, taking inspiration from Azerbaijan’s internationally acclaimed ASAN Service model, to set up a similar citizen-centric facility named the Pakistan Asaan Khidmat (PAK) Centre in Islamabad. This development came after a high-level Azerbaijani delegation met with Federal Minister for IT & Telecom Ms. Shaza Fatima Khawaja. The planned centre is intended to consolidate over 400 public and private sector services under a single roof, ensuring greater transparency, ease of access, and digital convenience, as envisioned by the Prime Minister of Pakistan.<\/p>\n
The delegation from the Republic of Azerbaijan met the Minister to discuss insights and experiences pertaining to the globally recognized ASAN Service model. Azerbaijan\u2019s ASAN approach is renowned internationally as a benchmark in providing streamlined, transparent, and citizen-friendly public and private-sector services under one integrated platform.<\/p>\n
Drawing inspiration from this successful model, the newly proposed Pakistan Asaan Khidmat (PAK) Centre will be established in the G-9 sector of Islamabad. The centre will serve as a one-stop solution, consolidating over 400 essential public and private services under one roof. By doing so, the facility aims to significantly improve the efficiency and convenience of service delivery for citizens.<\/p>\n
This initiative aligns closely with the Prime Minister’s vision to reshape the way public services are delivered nationwide. Through increased transparency, streamlined processes, and enhanced digital accessibility, the PAK Centre aims to transform citizen experience and improve overall administrative convenience and trust.<\/p>\n
