A Pakistani parliamentary delegation led by Speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq visited the ASAN Service Center in Baku, Azerbaijan, as part of an official engagement aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation and exchanging ideas for public service reform and innovation.<\/p>\n
During their visit, the delegation received an extensive briefing on the operation and objectives of the ASAN Service, a flagship initiative of Azerbaijan’s State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations established under the guidance of President Ilham Aliyev. The delegation appreciated the concept’s novel and citizen-focused approach, which has significantly streamlined public access to governmental services, increasing transparency and efficiency.<\/p>\n
The delegation was informed that Azerbaijan had shared the experience and achievements of ASAN Service with over 20 countries, including Pakistan. The initiative has attracted widespread international recognition for its success in transforming and modernizing public service delivery through a citizen-centered model, which prioritizes innovative and transparent methods.<\/p>\n
Impressed by the initiative, Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq praised both the concept and its practical implementation. He highlighted the State Agency’s leading role in public sector reform and social innovation, emphasizing the importance of learning from successful global practices to enhance the quality and accessibility of public services in Pakistan.<\/p>\n
