A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the National Information Technology Board (NITB) and the Workers Welfare Fund (WWF) to empower workers by providing unified digital access to government welfare services. The agreement was formalized through signatures by Mr. Faisal Mumtaz, Project Director of NITB, and Mr. Zulfiqar Ahmed, Secretary of WWF. Speaking at the occasion, Mr. Faisal Mumtaz described the partnership as an important step toward creating a national digital portal that would streamline and simplify the delivery of critical government services.<\/p>\n
Mr. Zulfiqar Ahmed highlighted the importance of this collaboration, emphasizing how digitized access to welfare services is expected to greatly benefit the labor community, including their families. Through the shared initiative, both entities aim to remove traditional barriers by offering easy access to welfare services.
