The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has conducted the ballot for selecting two fortunate employees who will perform Hajj in 2026. The event, held under the direction and supervision of RDA\u2019s Director General Ms. Kinza Murtaza, emphasized the organization’s continuing focus on transparency and employee welfare.<\/p>\n
The ballot ceremony took place at the RDA conference room, presided over by DG Kinza Murtaza. Director Admin & Finance, Qazi Sohaib Ahmed, RDA officers, employees, and representatives from the Collective Bargaining Agent (CBA) union also attended the occasion.<\/p>\n
The proceedings commenced with a recitation from the Holy Quran, after which a draw was held specifically for RDA employees from grades 1 to 16. Two fortunate employees, Yasir Hussain (Junior Clerk, Grade 11) and Tariq Mahmood (F.E. Loader, Grade 5), were announced as successful candidates selected for the sacred journey of Hajj. Attendees extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the selected employees.<\/p>\n
During the ceremony, all participants appreciated DG RDA Kinza Murtaza for her exemplary leadership, which has facilitated an environment of transparency and facilitated several employee welfare initiatives within the organization. Addressing the gathering, DG Kinza Murtaza reiterated her commitment to transparency, professionalism, and adherence to rules and regulations. She emphasized that maintaining integrity and following the established guidelines can significantly strengthen the organization, thereby enhancing confidence and trust among employees and the public.<\/p>\n
Director Admin & Finance, Qazi Sohaib Ahmed, echoed this sentiment by underscoring the importance of transparency in all organizational activities. He stated that absolute transparency is key to further enhancing the credibility and goodwill of the Rawalpindi Development Authority.<\/p>\n
In addition, the Director General announced future initiatives aimed at organizational reinforcement, including strengthening the Enforcement Squad and recruiting security guards and surveyors for the Building Control Wing.
