Ambassador Sohail Mahmood emphasized the transformative impact of Egypt\u2019s July 1952 Revolution, calling it a beacon for sovereignty and social justice across the region. He praised Egypt\u2019s role in fostering peace and development in the Middle East and North Africa, while highlighting the countries\u2019 longstanding diplomatic and cultural ties. Mahmood noted Pakistan and Egypt\u2019s close cooperation in multilateral forums and stressed the untapped potential for enhanced collaboration in trade, investment, energy, education, and tourism. In his keynote, Ambassador Hamid Asghar Khan celebrated Egypt\u2019s rich heritage and its status as a leader in Islamic scholarship, particularly through Al-Azhar University. He also pointed out shared challenges such as water security, commended Egypt\u2019s success in the tourism sector, and highlighted the Pakistani football factory operating in Egypt as a symbol of growing economic linkages. He called for Pakistan to emulate Egypt\u2019s Vision 2030 through youth engagement and innovation.<\/p>\n
