The event, led by Assistant Registrar Sidra Bhoja and Assistant Law Officer Muhammad Aliyan, brought together law students and graduates from several leading institutions, including Denning Law School, Hamdard University, SZABUL, Sindh University, and SM Law College.<\/p>\n<p>Participants discussed how emotional stereotyping is often used as a tool to silence women, rather than provide genuine critique. The session focused on the Protection against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010, examining how the law supports women&#8217;s rights to be heard, respected, and treated fairly in professional environments.<\/p>\n<p>Speakers stressed that workplace equality is only possible when women are allowed to participate fully and express their views without facing prejudiced feedback or control.
