The Rabeha programme has achieved a significant milestone in supporting women entrepreneurs in Upper Egypt by distributing essential tools and materials to 69 women artisans. This initiative, a collaboration between the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency (MSMEDA), aims to empower women-led businesses and encourage inclusive economic growth.<\/p>\n
The distribution took place in three key regions of Upper Egypt. In Fayoum, 28 women received support, while 24 beneficiaries in Beni Suef and 17 in Minya were also provided with packages. These packages include the necessary equipment and materials intended to improve productivity and the overall quality of the products offered by women-led micro and small enterprises.<\/p>\n
Representatives from MSMEDA, including Raafat George, Esraa Youssef, and Haytham El Beblawy, personally participated in the distribution process, underscoring the programme\u2019s commitment to community involvement and fostering local trust.<\/p>\n
