The discussions focused on drafting agreements for the establishment of a Universal Center to address security challenges and threats, as well as an SCO Anti-Drugs Center.<\/p>\n<p>During these meetings, representatives from member states engaged in detailed discussions regarding the structure and operational framework of the proposed centers. Participants worked collaboratively to prepare draft interstate agreements designed to strengthen collective responses to security concerns and combat drug-related crimes.<\/p>\n<p>These steps align with the SCO\u2019s broader efforts to enhance coordination and improve the effectiveness of its activities in the areas of regional security and anti-terrorism.
